VBR Information

General Participation Expectations for POs and Practices
  • Respond to Coordinating Center emails within 48 hours of receiving.
  • If a practice is sending data to MiHIN, ensure data fields are correctly populated. If practice is not sending data to MiHIN, make a reasonable effort to submit data. 
  • Promote the use of guideline based care for Asthma and COPD patients.
  • Willingness to share information learned at INHALE meetings within practices.
