VBR Information

General Participation Expectations for PO’s and Practices

Respond to Coordinating Center emails within 48 hours of receiving.
If a practice is sending data to MiHIN, ensure data fields are correctly populated. If practice is not sending data to MiHIN, make a reasonable effort to submit data.
Promote the use of guideline based care for Asthma and COPD patients.
Willingness to share information learned at INHALE meetings within practices.

Continuing PO’s and Practices

UMMG, Answer Health, CIPA, IHP, Great Lakes, Holland, HVPA, McLaren, OPNS, PMC and United Physicians.
Any newly recruited practices into these PO’s should utilize these VBR documents.
