INHALE is dedicated to improving the quality of care for adults with COPD and adults and children with asthma across the state of Michigan. Launched in 2022, INHALE is an emerging population health Collaborative Quality Initiative supported by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network. We plan to leverage our shared knowledge and experience combined with rigorous input from the collaborative to develop guideline-based measures. These measures will rely on claims-based data to identify and drive our quality improvement initiatives. Participating physicians and practices will have access to a data dashboard maintained by the INHALE Coordinating Center. Together we will analyze this claims data, identify best practices, and improve our collective performance.
