Our team is working very hard to provide useful and actionable data on Asthma and COPD care across the State of Michigan for our collaborative. This data will provide INHALE with a strong foundation for our efforts to improve the care and outcomes of patients with Asthma and COPD.

INHALE Collaborative Partners

INHALE has successfully recruited 11 Physician Organizations (POs) from across Michigan. Within these POs there are 112 primary care and 35 specialty practices that include a total of 552 providers. These providers give care to adults with asthma and COPD, as well as children with asthma. We are very proud to work alongside these dedicated healthcare providers to improve patient lives throughout the state.
