Toolkits

INHALE has developed these toolkits to assist providers in caring for their patients with asthma or COPD. Our hope is that these resources will help guide interactions with your patients in the hopes of achieving better health outcomes.

While we have worked to carefully curate the included resources, we understand that the toolkits might not contain everything that is needed during a patient visit. Please supplement with your own tools as necessary. If you would like your tool added to the kit(s), reach out to the coordinating center at inhale-support@med.umich.edu.
