Introduction to INHALE
Our team is working very hard to provide useful and actionable data on Asthma and COPD care across the State of Michigan for our collaborative. This data will provide INHALE with a strong foundation for our efforts to improve the care and outcomes of patients with Asthma and COPD.

INHALE Collaborative Partners
INHALE has successfully recruited 18 Physician Organizations (POs) from across Michigan. Within these POs there are 462 primary care and 395 specialty practices that include a total of 857 providers. These providers give care to adults with asthma and COPD, as well as children with asthma. We are very proud to work alongside these dedicated healthcare providers to improve patient lives throughout the state.
