Join the American Lung Association’s NYS Children’s Asthma Initiative on May 30th, 2024 from 12:30pm- 1:30pm. Dr. David Hill will review the scientific evidence regarding climate change. His presentation will discuss the effects of climate change on temperature, pollutants, and allergens and the importance of these factors for patients with asthma, as well as reviewing responses and mitigation strategies.
Dr. David Hill is a practicing pulmonary and critical care physician with Waterbury Pulmonary Associates in Waterbury CT. He is an assistant clinical professor at both the Yale and Quinnipiac University Schools of Medicine. He is Chair-Elect of the National Board of the American Lung Association, Chair of the Public Policy Committee, and a national media spokesperson. He has been a principal investigator for more than 75 clinical trials many of which focused on asthma therapies.
