LUNCH AND LEARN WITH AAE: CHANGING THE CULTURE OF HOW INHALED MEDIATIONS ARE PRESCRIBED TO PATIENTS

Join the AAE and Suzan Collins for a lunch and learn focused on the following:

  • Identify gaps in prescription and patients’ education on use of their inhaled medication(s).
  • Identify the impact education of use of inhaled medications at time of prescription has on the patient, practice/facility, and community
  • Develop strategies to open the discussion with practice managers, administrators, providers, on-site pharmacists, and nursing staff.
