General Participation Expectations for POs and Practices
Respond to Coordinating Center emails within 48 hours of receiving.
If a practice is sending data to MiHIN, ensure data fields are correctly populated.
Promote the use of guideline based care for Asthma and COPD patients.
Willingness to share information learned at INHALE meetings within practices.
Continuing POs
and Practices
The following Continuing POs should reference the documents below:
UMMG, Answer Health, CIPA, Genesys, Great Lakes, Holland, HVPA, IHP, McLaren, Mosaic, OPNS, PCP, PMC and United Physicians.
Any newly recruited practices into these PO’s should utilize these VBR documents.
INHALE has developed a potential schedule for completing 2027 participation requirements for continuing practices. This is only a suggestion, requirements do not have to be completed using this timeline.
Onboarding POs
and Practices
The following Onboarding POs should reference the documents below:
GMP, Lakeland, NMCP, and Spectrum.
Any newly recruited practices into these Onboarding PO’s should utilize these VBR documents.
