About INHALE

The Inspiring Health Advances in Lung Care (INHALE) collaborative aims to improve patient outcomes, promote best practices, close gaps in care, and champion high-value healthcare for all asthma and COPD patients in Michigan. Working in partnership with physician organizations and providers from across the state of Michigan, as well as many specialty-specific Collaborative Quality Improvement (CQI) programs in the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) Value Partnership Program, INHALE provides tailored analytics and collaborative learning opportunities to help create a world where everyone can breathe deeply and live fully.

INHALE Collaborative Partners

INHALE has successfully recruited 18 Physician Organizations (POs) from across Michigan. Within these POs there are 462 primary care and 395 specialty practices that include a total of 857 providers. These providers give care to adults with asthma and COPD, as well as children with asthma. We are very proud to work alongside these dedicated healthcare providers to improve patient lives throughout the state.
