Joining INHALE

Participating in INHALE offers Physicians Organizations and providers the opportunity to improve asthma and COPD care through evidence-based quality improvement, shared learning, and meaningful collaboration. INHALE supports participants with practical tools, clinical education, data-driven insights, and access to a statewide network committed to advancing lung health. By joining INHALE, participants can strengthen care delivery, improve patient outcomes and contribute to a coordinated effort to reduce social drivers of health and enhance respiratory care across Michigan.

Those interested in joining during the next recruitment cycle are encouraged to reach out to Coordinating Center staff for a one-on-one consultation to help determine whether INHALE is a good fit for your Physician Organization.
